The detailed period and scope of the guarantee for the selected model, as well as any exclusions, are specified in the individual Guarantee Card attached to the product. <\/li>\n<li>Complaint Submission Procedure:\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of a defect, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/enix.pl\/en\/contact\/\">Customer Service Office<\/a> and submit the complaint in writing.<\/li>\n<li>The submission should include: contact details (first name, surname\/company name, address, email, telephone), product code and name, a detailed description of the defect, and the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic documentation (photo of the product, the defect, and the seal) should be attached to the submission.<\/li>\n<li>After preliminary verification of the complaint, the product should be sent to the address: In\u017cynierska Agencja Projektowo-Budowlana &#8220;ENIX&#8221; sp. z o.o., ul.
