1. Component Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a crucial moment that determines the success of the coating. We start with thorough washing, degreasing, and surface passivation<\/strong>. This removes all contamination, oils, and rust, ensuring ideal paint adhesion. We also accept components requiring sandblasting or other complex preparation, which saves your time and guarantees you receive a ready-to-use product. We also offer a radiator recoating service, for both our products and those of other manufacturers. <\/p>\n

2. Paint Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dry powder paint is applied to the metal using electrostatic forces. This precisely covers every element<\/strong>, even the most difficult to reach, creating a uniform layer without runs or irregularities. <\/p>\n

3. Polymerization (Curing)<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the process of curing<\/strong>, which permanently hardens the paint. At a temperature of 160\u00b0C to 200\u00b0C (depending on the material and type of paint), the paint particles cross-link, forming a uniform, hard, and resistant coating. The exact curing parameters are selected individually for each order, guaranteeing optimal coating properties. <\/p>\n
