Stages of Our Powder Coating Process

To ensure the highest quality and durability of the coating, at ENIX we adhere to a precisely established, three-stage process:

1. Component Preparation

This is a crucial moment that determines the success of the coating. We start with thorough washing, degreasing, and surface passivation. This removes all contamination, oils, and rust, ensuring ideal paint adhesion. We also accept components requiring sandblasting or other complex preparation, which saves your time and guarantees you receive a ready-to-use product. We also offer a radiator recoating service, for both our products and those of other manufacturers.

2. Paint Application

Dry powder paint is applied to the metal using electrostatic forces. This precisely covers every element, even the most difficult to reach, creating a uniform layer without runs or irregularities.

3. Polymerization (Curing)

This is the process of curing, which permanently hardens the paint. At a temperature of 160°C to 200°C (depending on the material and type of paint), the paint particles cross-link, forming a uniform, hard, and resistant coating. The exact curing parameters are selected individually for each order, guaranteeing optimal coating properties.
