Terms of Warranty and Complaints

  1. ENIX Quality Guarantee: All ENIX products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee, which confirms their highest quality and durability. The detailed period and scope of the guarantee for the selected model, as well as any exclusions, are specified in the individual Guarantee Card attached to the product.
  2. Complaint Submission Procedure:
    • In the event of a defect, please contact the Customer Service Office and submit the complaint in writing.
    • The submission should include: contact details (first name, surname/company name, address, email, telephone), product code and name, a detailed description of the defect, and the date of purchase.
    • A copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic documentation (photo of the product, the defect, and the seal) should be attached to the submission.
    • After preliminary verification of the complaint, the product should be sent to the address: Inżynierska Agencja Projektowo-Budowlana “ENIX” sp. z o.o., ul. Domagały 1, 30-841 Kraków.
