Furnace brazing is an advanced and extremely efficient method for joining low-carbon steel components, serving as an excellent alternative to welding. Thanks to the unique use of capillary pressure, molten filler metal easily penetrates even the narrowest gaps, creating durable, precise, and absolutely sealed joints. This is the ideal solution for mass production requiring the highest quality and repeatability.
What distinguishes furnace brazing is also its ability to automatically clean surfaces. This process takes place in a specially controlled endothermic atmosphere (an appropriate mixture of shielding gases), which not only prepares the surfaces for brazing but also effectively breaks down iron oxides, leaving clean metal. This eliminates the need for additional, often troublesome, preliminary cleaning, which significantly optimises the production process.
Our Capabilities and Process Parameters
At ENIX, we use a modern industrial furnace model 130-17-600-GI-DR, which guarantees precision and repeatability for every hard brazing order under controlled conditions.
- Application: precise joining of low-carbon steel components in the automotive industry (exhaust and air conditioning systems, hydraulics, engine components), aerospace (structures, heat exchangers), electronics, HVAC (besides radiators, including cooling system components), tools, structures, etc.
- Brazing Temperature: We perform the process at a temperature of approximately 1085°C, ensuring optimal conditions for a durable joint.
- Chamber Dimensions: Our furnace offers an inlet chamber with dimensions of 170mm high and 1300mm wide, allowing for the processing of a wide range of components.
- Efficiency: Thanks to high automation and stable process parameters, we achieve an efficiency of up to 800kg/h, which translates into fast fulfillment of even the largest orders.
